BEready is complete!

On 23 April 2024, we printed and enveloped the first invitations. It quickly became apparent that we would not be able to pack all the letters by manual means. With the help of a machine, we were able to increase the number of letters packed from 1,500 (3 people working for 3-4 hours) to over 2,000 (1 person working for 1 hour) from the 7th mailing onwards. This enabled us to reach more households much faster and receive more feedback. Finding the right balance between the number of letters sent and the number of bookable appointments was always a challenge, but we got better with each mailing. The last mailing in December 2025 came sooner than expected, and by the end of January 2026, we were able to include the last household! Now we are ready for many challenges and look forward to an exciting collaboration.
